Model 130 Dual Action Spray Gun

This professional spray gun is not only suitable for professionals. Thanks to the 0.3 mm diameter nozzle and the large volume of the colour reservoir, this model is particularly suitable for varnishes or coarsely pigmented paints. Adjustment of the color/air mixture is done via the Dual Action mode. The desired amount of colour can be adjusted by a log screw at the end of the handle. Dual Action Mode Explanation It is called a single action airbrush where the control lever only regulates the amount of air while the colour is regulated by another control device. In a dual-action airbrush on the other hand, everything is done with a single lever: pressing it adjusts the air flow and pulling it back simultaneously adjusts the amount of colour. By pressing the lever down the compressed air flows forward from the needle cap, only pressing the lever even deeper will the colour come out of the nozzle and is sprayed on the object by air pressure. The more you press backwards the lever the more the amount of spray colour increases. This requires some practice, but nothing can prevent you from regulating the air flow with a compressor, so it is recommended to use a dual-action airbrush from the start. The maximum amount of colour can be adjusted by a backward thumbscrew (amount of color-register screw). Suggestion At the beginning of the misting process: activate the air first, then the colour! At the end of the misting process: first block the colour then the air!
