- GARLAND 1. Garland 1 has 2 crepe paper streamers in white and orange, 2 spider web tissue paper tassel swags and a honeycomb tissue paper cobweb pinwheel with a spider on a string. Orange and white mini pegs and a white paperclip are provided to secure the streamers and pinwheel.
