Barbara Stanwyck - Madeline Albright - those chicks always wore something sparkling didn't they? this is one of those kind of pieces - 75+ minty rhinestone in this piece - no dead or missing stones - all of them prong set. Silver plate with a secure clasp. This one measures 2 1/8" long and 1 1/4" wide. The more I look at it is it a chili pepper?
Update - I did wash it and I re-shot the pictures - I'm moving 5,000+ items here so I don't re-shoot alot - say there's 4 pictures in each item well that can add up to thousands of photos before I know it - it's about time management. Too many questions on the old pics so I just went ahead and got it done. Yes ladies you can wash your vintage jewelry - just depends on how you do it. This piece came from a very nice estate collection - most of this lady's collection was simply pristine
